The Lord's Mudblood by MistressMalfoy is about an honest affair, not malicious or hurtful, but about a hot connection between Hermione and Lucius that evolves into so much more.

Our main characters start off as usual, bookish and superior, but the story is interlaced with other couples and pairings. I found that most exciting! You'll be reading about Harry's downright impressive rendezvous, all the while developing some serious disgust for Ginny. All the history and plotlines manage to round out nicely, so much that you'll want to try new pairings...

And look out for Severus!

The summary for this story really doesn't do it justice, it isn't just any Lumione. Some may find it scattered, but as I'm always trying to get the most out of my readings, the story turns were awesome.

There are some moments in here where some may think Lucius acts too harshly, or Hermione too fluffily. But it's still hot.

The Affair

I just finished The Affair by Snapes_Goddess over at AFF... It wasn't amazing, or exciting, or different... just impossibly sweet! I don't know if she meant it to be sweet at all, and in the beginning, she mention's tissues...as it was supposed to be sad. As I have never experienced such trauma, I didn't find it sad as much as... OOC sweet. It was resolved, complete, and simple.

This story is particularly soft... Really short, but complete. But nothing made me laugh out loud, or get really excited... The smut was plain, not Snapes_Goddess 's best, but it was fitting to the story.  It should be rated Adult +, at most... It's a great story for someone entering the Lumione ship, but not as risque or sexy as possible. 

The Affair was a pleasant read, a good day trip read... but not too good past that. 

Perhaps if Hermione were a bit more strong willed... And Lucius was meaner... maybe that would make sense?

So, my worst rating yet, for a story that I actually did enjoy, just not to full capacity, a 6/10.

And the smut? Fine. 

I hate to have it sound as if I didn't like it, or I didn't appreciate the story line, but I didn't like it as much as I could have. I finished it though... 

Sigh.

Prisoners of Love

Alright, I finished Prisoners of Love by LaBibliographe a few days ago, trying to get it done to second it in the Smutastic_Award nominations. This story took up much of my time, and I didn't even end up seconding it! Poop! Well, I spose here is my review!

Length: 41 Chapters, really long, but even longer once you get into it!

How Good?: Really good at first, but personal preference leaves it at that. Overall, generally, it would be 8/10

Okay, so I'm not as fresh into this story since I just spend two days reading Dumbledore's Portrait, but I'll do my best to remember.

I love long, well written stories, and this certainly fits the mold for that! It was sort of addicting, but only at first. I think it's just that I don't care for certain things in stories. It was surprising that I liked this story as much as I did, having passed over it numerous times just because it was placed in prison (in the summary). I thought that Hermione was in prison, and some how Lucius comes along and steals her away, perhaps to use her for his own little festivities. But Prisoners of Love was nothing like that.

It began wonderfully, I was so into Lucius and his need for Hermione, and I loved that Hermione was so good for him romantically (hope I'm not giving much away, it is on AFFN!). But later on, towards the middle and into the pregnancy business, it got pretty boring. I am not one for preggosex. And the big climax, at the end, was sort of weak. Like the villains and such.

Writing too much more here would give everything away, and I'll leave that to my review on AFFN. For almost everyone, this story is the business! This writer has almost 1000 reviews on this story, and exceeds it on Beyond the Veil. LaBibliographe is rather awesome to read, especially for Lumione addicts.
